Guest posting guidelines
- Original content only. Your article must be unpublished elsewhere (including your own blog) and pass a plagiarism check. We don't republish or accept AI-generated filler.
- 1,200+ words of substance. Step-by-step instructions, real examples, screenshots where helpful. Depth beats length — no padding.
- Actionable and specific. The reader should be able to do something new after reading. "Top 10 tips" listicles with generic advice get rejected.
- Honest about tools. If you compare plugins or services, be fair about trade-offs and pricing. Our readers trust us because we hedge what's uncertain.
- Links: one contextual dofollow link to a relevant resource of yours, plus citations to authoritative sources where you make factual claims. No affiliate links, no link farms, no casino/CBD/crypto placements.
- Formatting: clear H2/H3 structure, short paragraphs, and a working title under 60 characters. We edit for style and SEO, and we'll show you the final version before publishing.
How to pitch your guest post
Email info@qualitywordpress.com with the subject line "Guest post pitch" and include:
- Two or three proposed headlines with a 2–3 sentence outline for each
- One or two links to articles you've written (published or draft)
- A sentence about who you are and the site you'd like to link to
We reply to every pitch that follows the format above, usually within a few business days. Full drafts are welcome too, but a pitch first saves everyone time if the topic doesn't fit.
